Yes. The Platform is designed to be accessible through supported mobile devices and computers, subject to internet and technical requirements.
Farmers
You can create a Farmer account through the Platform and provide the required information to establish your profile.
After creating your Farmer profile, you can follow the Farm registration process and provide the required Farm information.
Depending on the service, information may include Farm location, boundaries, size, crops, trees, agricultural practices, and other relevant Farm information.
Farm Mapping is the process of digitally identifying and recording the location, boundaries, size, and other relevant information about a Farm.
Farm Mapping may be completed by the Farmer using approved tools or by an authorized SOC Vibo Africa Contractor.
Yes. An approved Contractor may assist with Farm Mapping, field data collection, tree counting, and other authorized activities.
Your rights in relation to your Farm Data are governed by the applicable Platform Terms, Privacy Policy, Project agreements, and applicable law.
Yes. Where the Platform provides the functionality, you may update or request updates to your Farm information.
Where supported by the Platform, Farmers may register multiple Farms subject to applicable verification and Project requirements.
You may request removal or withdrawal subject to applicable Project agreements, legal requirements, outstanding obligations, and data-retention requirements.
Contractors
A Contractor is an approved individual or organization engaged to perform authorized field, digital, technical, or Project-related activities through the Platform.
You must complete the Contractor application and approval process. Depending on the role, you may be required to provide identification, qualifications, experience, references, and other information.
No. Registration does not guarantee assignments, working hours, or income.
Yes. Contractors may be required to complete training before receiving certain assignments.
Depending on their role, Contractors may assist with Farm Mapping, GPS collection, tree counting, Farmer engagement, Farm assessment, data collection, monitoring, and other authorized activities.
Approved Contractors can view available assignments through their Contractor Dashboard and book or accept Farms according to the Platform's procedures.
No. Contractors may only access Farms and information for which they have been authorized.
After the Contractor submits the required information, the Farm may disappear from their Dashboard and their access to the associated AI Tools may be removed.
The Contractor can access another Farm when an eligible assignment becomes available and they book or receive authorization for that Farm.
No. Contractors should not transfer assignments or allow another person to use their account without authorization.
Contractors must not request or collect unauthorized payments from Farmers.
AI & Technology
Depending on the user's role, the Platform may provide AI Tools for tree counting, image analysis, Farm assessment, Mapping, data processing, GHG assessment, and other approved activities.
No. AI Tools may make mistakes. Where required, AI-generated results should be reviewed and verified using appropriate field or digital information.
Access depends on the Farmer's role, Project, service, and Platform permissions.
Yes, where the Contractor has been authorized and the relevant AI Tool has been activated for their assignment.
No. AI access is assignment-based and may only be used for authorized Farms.
No. Platform technology, AI systems, software, and related intellectual property may not be copied, extracted, reverse-engineered, or commercially used without authorization.
Carbon & Climate
A Carbon Project is a structured activity designed to reduce, avoid, or remove greenhouse gas emissions and may generate environmental attributes or Carbon Credits where it meets applicable requirements.
Carbon Credits are units representing verified climate-related outcomes under a specific standard, methodology, or Project framework.
A Farm may go through registration, Mapping, baseline data collection, implementation of eligible practices, monitoring, measurement, verification, and other Project requirements.
No. Eligibility depends on the Project design, applicable methodology, Farm characteristics, environmental practices, data quality, legal requirements, and other factors.
No. Carbon Project participation does not automatically guarantee Carbon Credit issuance, sales, or a specific amount of income.
Measurement depends on the applicable Carbon Project methodology. It may involve assessing emissions, carbon storage, carbon removals, changes in land management, and other relevant factors.
GHG measurement involves assessing greenhouse gas emissions and removals associated with a Farm, activity, organization, or Project.
Reliable Farm Data helps establish baselines, monitor changes, measure environmental outcomes, support verification, and maintain Project integrity.
This depends on the applicable Project structure, agreements, ownership arrangements, and legal requirements. Farmers should not make independent sales where Carbon rights have been committed to a Project.
No. Carbon Projects must have systems designed to prevent double counting, double issuance, and double selling.
Regenerative Agriculture
Regenerative agriculture is an approach to farming that seeks to improve soil health, biodiversity, water management, ecosystem health, and long-term agricultural resilience.
Depending on the Farm and Project, practices may include agroforestry, cover crops, crop rotation, reduced soil disturbance, composting, improved water management, tree integration, and soil restoration.
Where available, SOC Vibo Africa may provide information, training, tools, or Project-specific guidance. Farmers should follow appropriate professional advice for decisions requiring specialized expertise.
Data & Privacy
Information may include account details, Farm information, location information, photographs, agricultural information, transaction information, Project information, and other information required to provide Platform services.
Farm location may be required for Mapping, Farm management, monitoring, verification, environmental assessment, and other authorized Project activities.
Information may be shared with authorized parties where necessary to provide services, implement Projects, comply with legal requirements, or perform other authorized activities.
Contractors only receive information necessary for an authorized assignment and should not access or use information beyond the scope of their work.
SOC Vibo Africa applies appropriate technical, organizational, and operational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Payments
Contractor payments are made according to the applicable Contractor agreement, assignment, payment schedule, and approved payment process.
Payment eligibility may depend on completion, quality, verification, and compliance with the requirements of the assignment.

SOC Vibo Africa will seek to restore services as soon as reasonably possible. Some services may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, network problems, or circumstances outside the Company's control.
Yes. An account may be suspended or restricted where there is suspected fraud, misuse, security concerns, violation of the Terms, or other legitimate reasons.
Yes. Accounts may be terminated in accordance with the applicable Terms, agreements, and law.

Safety & Responsible Use
No. Users should keep their login credentials secure and should not allow unauthorized persons to use their account.
No. Users and Contractors must not submit false, fabricated, or misleading Farm information.
False or fraudulent information may result in correction requirements, suspension, loss of access, termination, or other action permitted under the applicable Terms and law.
Report suspected fraud, corruption, unauthorized payments, data misuse, or other serious misconduct through the official SOC Vibo Africa reporting or support channels.
Information obtained through the Platform must only be used for authorized purposes. Confidential or protected information must not be used for competing or unauthorized activities.
